Here are some things that you may find helpful in selecting me to assist you:

I grew up in New York City and came South in 1964 through my enlistment in the U.S. Air Force. Never looking back, I decided to remain and finished my formal education at Troy State University (Troy, Alabama, 1970) and Cumberland School of Law, (Samford University, Birmingham, Alabama, 1973).

A brief taste of the criminal justice system as an Assistant Public Defender in 1974 provided valuable courtroom experience.

While all this practice development was going on, my family was growing roots in Northwest Florida. Two sons and two daughters blessed me between 1975 and 1985. They all helped in providing more education for me as a parent and community leader. The kids were educated in Northwest Florida and found their ways to diverse regions of the Country. Fortunately, they all found something worthy to do and I am proud of them. I am also proud of my granddaughter.

My wife, Gail and I remain here as empty nesters.

The years have brought us ups and downs, just like you.

My law practice focuses on those areas that families and small businesses require in our locale. I do not represent insurance companies, lenders or financial institutions.

Criminal justice has been my passion for many years. The idea of the a little guy being bulldozed by big government is repugnant.

Likewise, A just plain folks have gotten a raw deal from lenders and government. You work all of your life only to have the Afat cats on Wall Street manipulate your finances and your future.

I take great pride in providing legal services for my neighbors who have fallen on hard times due to the economy. Many people do not know that a Bankruptcy Petition is not the Akiss of death, nor does it carry the stigma it once did. With our specialized computer software, we can produce a trifecta series of credit reports from the three major credit reporting agencies. Your present credit score will be determined. Your 12 month post-bankruptcy credit score will be projected. You know where you are, financially. I can show you where you can go, once that crushing debt has been removed from your life.
