She was always responsive, professional and extremely knowledgeable. She was clear in laying out all of my options, risks, and recommendations for the best course of action. Additionally, she was a strong team player if I decided to go in a direction that may not be traditional. The opposing counsel was quite aggressive and in the end found to be somewhat inept. Nicole recognized this and found ways to turn this into advantages for my side of the case. The entire case was handled virtually (phone calls, portals and emails) which was very important as I live out of state. In fact I didn?t have to attend one hearing as she represented me.
