Whitlock law took the case and reached out to the ins agency of the individual who hit my car. They denied the claim. Whitlock Law did not hesitate to go to trial. Whitlock Law are also skilled with investigation. They tracked down the witness and was able to get me fair compensation for the accident. I do not hesitate to refer anyone to Whitlock Law, LLC!

Verified ClientHired Law firm 2019-2020I am writing this review based on MY PERSONAL experience with this law firm. I was in an auto accident on 7/1/2019, I was recommended to this law firm from a family member and I trusted their quality of work (BIG MISTAKE). From the beginning of work Mary Liza and Morgan, I can count on one hand how many time I spoke with them until today 6/22/20. They do not return emails, phone calls, NOTHING, and will have to confused, blind sided on your case. Throughout this entire process, I had no idea most or if not anything pertaining to my auto case. Their quality of work, response time, customer service is poor and should be improved. I am very disappointed I wasted months with this law firm, when I should have went with someone with more experience. I am convinced they just didn't know what they were doing or didn't get a hoot. After trying and trying to get a hold of someone from the office, I spoke to someone name Kathryn. She mentioned on 6/2020 that these lawyers were going to go to trial and it would be a 99% chance of wining, and again I'm finally that I actually got a hold of someone. But after that, I get a letter stating that they would not pursue my claim, so I'm a bit confused because from what your associate KATHRYN said that we were straight, but to get a letter stating you wont continue with me is a joke. YOU DON'T HAVE THE COMMON COURTESY TO CALL ME AND EXPLAIN WHY, THAT YOUR COWARDLY SELVES WOULD RATHER SEND A LETTER. SO I'M HIGHLY UPSET THAT I WASTED MONTHS WITH A PISS POOR LAW FIRM THAT DID NOTHING TO IMPROVE MY CASE. IF YOU WANT QUALITY WORK, AND AT LEAST CUSTOMER SERVICE, I WOULD SUGGEST SEEKING ANOTHER LAW FIRM.

Hired Law firm 2022-2023If you value your time and money, please run away from this office. At no time did they show interest in fighting for my cause, on the contrary, they always discouraged me from seeking a better value, I had to accept a value because at no time did they encourage me to plead for a better value, if your lawyer is not there willing to fight for your interests, what option do you have left, do you agree? There was no transparency in the breakdown of the meager amount I received, on the contrary, the employee at that office was very rude. I only give one star because it is not possible to give zero stars, my car was a total loss and to this day I suffer from neck pain, I will never recommend them !!!!
