Consumer protection and lemon law have been at the heart of our practice for more than 30 years. Our founding partners, Adam J. Krohn and Gregory H. Moss, established the firm with a commitment to representing consumers and addressing disputes involving defective vehicles. In fact, 99% of our cases settle outside of court. When litigation or additional legal proceedings become necessary, however, we remain prepared to pursue the matter and advocate for our clients.
