Consumer Law Center® - Lemon Law Attorneys, we represent consumers in Austin, Texas, who are seeking answers and solutions in lemon law and consumer protection matters. Our practice is built on more than 30 years of experience serving consumers. Founding partners Adam J. Krohn and Gregory H. Moss established the firm with a focused commitment to consumer law, particularly cases involving defective vehicles. Since then, we have handled more than 60,000 lemon law cases nationwide, developing substantial experience with the issues that can arise between consumers and manufacturers.
We recognize that purchasing a vehicle is a significant financial commitment. When serious or recurring defects interfere with its use, the consequences can be frustrating and costly. We work with clients to understand the history of their vehicle, assess the circumstances of the dispute and identify the legal avenues that may be available. Throughout the process, we strive to provide clear guidance and responsive representation.
A key part of our approach is pursuing efficient outcomes. We work diligently to resolve cases before they reach the courtroom, and 99% of our cases settle outside of court. This focus on settlement can help consumers avoid unnecessary litigation while still allowing us to advocate strongly for their interests. When a case requires litigation, we are prepared to pursue it with the same level of commitment.
