He serves as both a mediator and an arbitrator for fellow attorneys to assist in resolution of disputed civil cases.
Mark grew up in Minneapolis, Minnesota, and graduated from De LaSalle High School. He worked from 1976 to 1980 in California, with Cesar Chavez and the United Farm Workers. He is a 1983 graduate of St. John's University. Before law school, he spent a year living in Peru volunteering with an impoverished Catholic parish. While in law school, Mark was a legal writing instructor and a director of the Civil Rights Moot Court program. He served a two-year clerkship with Judge Diane E. Murphy of the U.S. Federal District Court in Minneapolis, Minnesota. He entered private practice with the firm of Leonard, Street and Deinard, where he practiced for six years before relocating to the Rochester area.

Hired Attorney 2010-2021This amazing man is without a doubt one of the best people I have ever met!
