I had the worst experience with Laura Henderson 'case manager and investigator'. When I asked to speak to her supervisor whom would be 'client experience'. She got mad and terminated my representation. She called me like she was high on drugs or drunk and couldnt remember the prior conversations and couldnt remember what we spoke about previously etc. I cannot reccomend this firm based on the criminal misconduct including attempted intimidation. This person should never be a case manager for anyone. Severe lack of candor. Laura Henderson

To anyone considering their services, I strongly urge you to look elsewhere. The initial promises of dedicated service and client care were not upheld in my experience. Save yourself the time, stress, and aggravation of dealing with a company that fails to communicate and follow through on their commitments. There are plenty of other law firms out there that will treat you with the respect and professionalism you deserve. I am extremely disappointed with my experience with Morgan & Morgan and strongly advise potential clients to steer clear of this company. I hired them to handle a legal case, which was settled for $25,000. However, despite the case being resolved, I have yet to receive my settlement. The most frustrating part has been the complete lack of communication. Janet Berry Hansberry was my case manager, and Andre Marques was the principal attorney. Once the case was settled, there was absolutely zero communication from them. I have spent countless hours trying to get in touch with someone at Morgan & Morgan, making numerous phone calls and sending multiple emails, but I have received no response whatsoever. It is unacceptable to be left in the dark with no updates or explanations, especially when it concerns such a significant amount of money. This lack of responsiveness is not only unprofessional but also incredibly stressful and time-consuming. I trusted Morgan & Morgan to handle my case efficiently and to provide the necessary support and communication throughout the process. Instead, I have been met with silence and frustration at every turn.

Very unprofessional Las Vegas firm. I spoke with "Alex", he led me to believe this firm could help me. After a 30 minute call, he told me they don't offer representation in Las Vegas. But their website specifically mentions Las Vegas and he hung up on me.

The majority of the Clark County Board of Commissioner’s (B of C) past a ruling that was not in the best interest of the residents of Clark County. The Ruling established the entry fee of $1,500 to see the Formula 1 Grand Prix Race. It is my opinion that; The passage of that ruling by the Clark County B of C was not in the best interest of the general public. The ruling established that anyone wanting to see the race event, needed to pay $1,500 to enter the seeing areas! As this was not in the interest of the general public, all money expended by any Clark County agency that spent money for any materials or labor support to the event, i.e “Formula 1 Grand Prix Race” is to be returned by those Clark County B of C, to the department that expended effort I seek no benefits to the CC Taxpayers. Although no one can identify how much inconvenience to tax payers/others and the millions of visitors suffered during least 3 months of preparation for the event, I know for a fact that it cost me every time I had to wait an additional 20 minutes to cross Las Vegas Boulevard, using any cross-street between Desert Inn to Russel Road.
