Hired Law firm 2026Scott Wilhelm and his team were amazing in helping us through bankruptcy. It was a very difficult, humbling experience to go through. Never thought it would happen to us. We got laid off from our jobs, and the bills kept piling up. In our first meeting with Scott, I felt a need to explain all of the things that happened that led us to having to file bankruptcy. Bankruptcy has such a negative connotation to it. It didn’t happen from extravagant spending by any means. Scott so kindly told us that he is here to help us, and reassured us that this can happen to hardworking people. Scott and his team always responded very quickly to all of our calls and emails. We were so impressed with their responsiveness and compassion. It is because of all of their hard work that we were able to stay in the house we adore and have worked so hard for. To many, our house would seem very small and modest. To us, our house is our castle, and we are forever grateful!!

I obtained his services he defended my case and got my moving violation reduce to non moving violation and one dismissed. I now have my insurance reinstated and driving records cleared. Hired Law firm 2026Scott was great in helping me deal with two traffic tickets! He was able to get it down to only one ticket with no points impacting my license (down from 6!). I was very grateful for their services and assistance. Definitely well worth the fee for their services. Only critique I would have was just their communication throughout the process. Had to reach out a couple times to make sure everything was set versus proactive update(s). Other than that, I had a great experience and would use their law services again!
