    Hired Attorney 2017
I am giving this law firm NO Stars but had to put one. I was charged 18,000 to go in and plead guilty or end up in jail for 6 months. I trusted this law firm while I was in corporate and lost everything. I plan on reporting this law firm to the bar association. I recommend for anyone to NEVER hire a lawyer from this firm. He charged me THOUSANDS for phone calls to a prosecutor this was my first time offense and the prosecutor discriminated against me denial into PTI for a Social worker was "intent to harm". This lawyer promised me a reconstruction of the accident since it was CLEAR the other driver hit me. The Roselle cop wrote a falsified police according to his FRIEND the other driver. I was denied medical attention even after the cop used a CROW bar on my door. This lawyer did no even NOTICE all the civil rights violations the cop had done. This is how NJ treated a SOCIAL WORKER. Thank you! I am currently unemployable with a felony charge and have been a victim of trafficking not to mention saw a trafficked woman slit her wrists on a webcam by my past NJ employer who has been on Probation for 2 other domestic violence charges. So, yes NJ has a cop buddy system. PLEASE DO NOT USE THIS LAWYER HE WILL TAKE ALL YOUR MONEY AND DO ABSOLUTELY NOTHING FOR YOU

How do I choose a lawyer?

Consider the following:

  • Comfort Level – Are you comfortable telling the lawyer personal information? Does the lawyer seem interested in solving your problem?
  • Credentials – How long has the lawyer been in practice? Has the lawyer worked on other cases similar to yours?
  • Cost – How are the lawyer's fees structured — hourly or flat fee? Can the lawyer estimate the cost of your case?
  • City – Is the lawyer's office conveniently located?

Not sure what questions to ask a lawyer?

Here are a few to get you started:

  • How long have you been in practice?
  • How many cases like mine have you handled?
  • How often do you settle cases out of court?
  • What are your fees and costs?
  • What are the next steps?

Want to check lawyer discipline?

It is always a good idea to research your lawyer prior to hiring. Every state has a disciplinary organization that monitors attorneys, their licenses, and consumer complaints. By researching lawyer discipline you can:

  • Ensure the attorney is currently licensed to practice in your state
  • Gain an understanding of his or her historical disciplinary record, if any.
  • Determine the seriousness of complaints/issues which could range from late bar fees to more serious issues requiring disciplinary action.
