Briana M. Quinn - Philadelphia, PA

Coming from a family of attorneys and healthcare professionals, Briana M. Quinn’s practice combines a strong background in trial advocacy with respect for Pennsylvania’s frontline healthcare workers to help clients navigate high-stakes licensing issues.

Briana has experience in complex civil litigation, most recently practicing commercial litigation in Dallas, Texas. A Philadelphia native and graduate of Temple University’s Beasley School of Law, she worked as a law clerk at a prominent plaintiffs’ firm throughout law school and completed numerous criminal and government-facing internships. Prior to Temple Law, she worked as a project assistant at a leading New York City law firm, supporting attorneys in both commercial litigation and investment banking legal matters. Her work has involved detailed factual investigation, legal research, and strategic case development—skills she applies to defending professionals in matters that may impact their licenses and careers.

As a Certified Legal Intern with the Defender Association of Philadelphia, Briana represented clients and worked on all stages of criminal defense. She also served as a judicial intern to the Honorable Mia Roberts Perez of the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania, where she assisted with legal research and the drafting of judicial opinions. As a summer intern with the U.S. Attorney’s Office for the Northern District of Texas, she gained experience assisting with discovery review, witness preparation, and law enforcement investigations.

At Temple Law, where she was a Beasley Scholar and recipient of the Dombrowski Sports Law Scholarship, Briana served as President of the Sports & Entertainment Law Society and earned the Outstanding Oral Advocacy Award in the Integrated Trial Advocacy Program. She also competed in advocacy competitions and participated in the Philadelphia Defender Association Clinic and the Temple Law Asylum Project.

Briana received her B.A. with honors in International Studies and Spanish from Haverford College, where she was a varsity softball team captain and competed in NCAA DIII athletics.

Briana is proficient in Spanish. When not serving her clients, Briana enjoys walking her dog, Franklin, around Philly and going down the shore with her family.
