When one finds a legal advocate who cares, who will keep you informed, who will fight for you, and be the voice you need in order to represent you, this person must be acknowledged. Scott Sinrich is indeed this person. Scott gave my case all the time and attention that was needed to be successful in court. He was a calming and confident presence during very difficult court proceedings. We encountered issues that no one expected, yet he worked tirelessly to make sure that the truth was told and presented it impeccably. He has stood by every one of my requests and guided my husband and I through the entire tedious process. Though we faced challenges, Mr. Sinrich did not falter. His thorough research provided us the pathway we needed to rise to victory. Scott truly cared for us on a personal level and the rapport and guidance he provided was outstanding at all times. Phone calls and emails were answered in a prompt and timely fashion, and we were constantly given updates. Scott had the knowledge and experience to resolve my case and achieve a positive outcome. My husband and I trusted him completely and always felt optimistic with him by our side. Paul and Debora Zablocki

Mr. Sinrich is one of the most qualified honest aggressive lawyers I have ever worked with. He has advised me and fought for me when others said I was wasting my time with my lawsuits. Scott’s knowledge and lengthy experience have given him the ability to determine when to fight and when to negotiate. Either way, it has saved me time and money. I would highly recommend Scott's service to any of my business partners or customers. Scott, in my opinion has proven to me that there are a few good lawyers out there and that all lawyers are not bad.

How do I choose a lawyer?

Consider the following:

Comfort Level
- Are you comfortable telling the lawyer personal information? Does the lawyer seem interested in solving your problem?

Credentials
- How long has the lawyer been in practice? Has the lawyer worked on other cases similar to yours?

Cost
- How are the lawyer's fees structured - hourly or flat fee? Can the lawyer estimate the cost of your case?

City
- Is the lawyer's office conveniently located?

Not sure what questions to ask a lawyer?

Here are a few to get you started:

  • How long have you been in practice?
  • How many cases like mine have you handled?
  • How often do you settle cases out of court?
  • What are your fees and costs?
  • What are the next steps?

Want to check lawyer discipline?

It is always a good idea to research your lawyer prior to hiring. Every state has a disciplinary organization that monitors attorneys, their licenses, and consumer complaints. By researching lawyer discipline you can:

  • Ensure the attorney is currently licensed to practice in your state
  • Gain an understanding of his or her historical disciplinary record, if any.
  • Determine the seriousness of complaints/issues which could range from late bar fees to more serious issues requiring disciplinary action.
