Her current practice focuses on Litigation and Criminal matters. Prior to joining the firm, Ms. Lapite was an Assistant Prosecutor at the Passaic County Prosecutor's office. During her time at the Prosecutor's office she worked in the Domestic Violence unit, where she prosecuted violations of restraining orders, criminal contempts, detention hearings, and civil weapons forfeiture. She previously served as a judicial law clerk to the Honorable Patrick Bartels, J.S.C., in Mercer County for the 2020-2021 judical term, where she researched various family law issues, drafted opinions, and provided guidance to the court in makaing decisions.
Ms. Lapite is a member of the Garden State Bar Association. In her spare time, she enjoys traveling and engaging in sports such as swiming and track.
