Hired Attorney 2024George is a winner. I was being walked on by a high-conflict ex who has a lot of resources. Opposition has spent a lot to prevent me from having parent time, including having a PI follow me for two and a half years. My former attorney was happy to take my money and kick the can down the road. It wasn't until I hired Mr Nelson that things started to happen for me. He's a go-getter, and he is a master in the court room. Don't listen to whoever wrote the bad review anonymously. If you want an attorney in the Rapid area to have your back in a difficult custody matter, you need George.

Consulted Attorney 2021-2022Mr. Nelson is unethical and violated the Professional Code of Conduct numerous times throughout the divorce case, advising to violate the temporary restraining order in place and to cancel my spouse's insurance policy. He discriminated against mental illness by referencing it as a "mental defect", he is an extremely rude person, overly aggressive to the point of being insulting, withheld financial information to the court and missed the Court's deadline date to file documents that finalized the divorce. He is unprofessional and narcissistic, I do not recommend him to anyone if you are looking for any type of legal representation. Rapid City has numerous attorney's that are faithful to the law, represent the law accordingly and will treat you with decency and respect. Do NOT settle for less than this during your divorce.
