Hired Law firm 2017-2022I first used this law firm to assist with some of my business entity (John Blazier & Kent Vestal) and trademark filing (Justin Welch). They are experts in business law and made sure I had everything in place for my business. This has allowed me over the past five years to focus on my business and growing it with the confidence of knowing they have my back. A few years back, I recommended them to my father to assist with his estate planning (John Blazier & Fleur Christiansen). You know I trust this law firm, if I recommend them to my father. Consulted Law firm 2022I was in communication with Jonathon Conner. We had great conversations about him representing my family. I sent him all of the requested paperwork. He was then to send me paperwork to hire him. I never heard anything back after that. I called, left messages, and emailed many times over the course of the next couple of weeks. He was in the office when I called multiple times, but never took my call. He completely ghosted me and I have no idea why. There was no courtesy, "I can't represent you" or "Let me pass you on to someone who can help". Nothing. I am so confused and now very angry, because I wasted at least a month just trying to hire this guy.

Entering their fourth decade of service, the lawyers continue their commitment to protecting the business interests of company owners, both new and existing.
The founders of our law firm are also entrepreneurs in their own right, sharing the successes, challenges and ongoing concerns common among Austin-based business owners. As lawyers, they understand that legal advocacy must be immediate to get control of a business problem or dispute. Representation must be immediate. Resolutions must be fast and effective. Lawsuits only disrupt operations and distract those responsible for the operations.
While company owners do what they do best, our lawyers get to work and attend to all aspects of their business-related dispute. We want to secure the best outcome in an efficient and effective way.
