Hired Law firm 2025I contacted the law firm and reviewed my situation with Erin and quickly Mr. Kelly reached out to me and told me the importance of having a lawyer early on to take control of false accusations that can ruins your life. I ended up hiring Mr. Kelly and his team and the whole process has been smooth and got assurance it was being taken care off. If you need a legal team that will fight for you and keep you informed every step of the way, Thomas Kelli is the one you want by your side.

Hired Law firm 2021-2023Because of the diligent work by Ryan and his associate, Reagan, my life has returned to normalcy after two years of chaos and anxiety. Ryan's courtroom savvy produced a "Not Guilty" verdict from the jury. Ryan and Reagan listened to understand the facts of my situation and accentuated inconsistencies in the prosecution's case. His use of visual aids helped portray the facts to the jury and emphasize the "cloak of presumed innocence" afforded to anyone accused. Ryan insisted the jury understand a defendant is innocent UNLESS proven guilty, not until proven guilty. Thank you, Ryan and Reagan, for allowing me to resume my life with my family.

How do I choose a lawyer?
Consider the following:
- Comfort Level – Are you comfortable telling the lawyer personal information? Does the lawyer seem interested in solving your problem?
- Credentials – How long has the lawyer been in practice? Has the lawyer worked on other cases similar to yours?
- Cost – How are the lawyer's fees structured — hourly or flat fee? Can the lawyer estimate the cost of your case?
- City – Is the lawyer's office conveniently located?
Not sure what questions to ask a lawyer?
Here are a few to get you started:
- How long have you been in practice?
- How many cases like mine have you handled?
- How often do you settle cases out of court?
- What are your fees and costs?
- What are the next steps?
Want to check lawyer discipline?
It is always a good idea to research your lawyer prior to hiring. Every state has a disciplinary organization that monitors attorneys, their licenses, and consumer complaints. By researching lawyer discipline you can:
- Ensure the attorney is currently licensed to practice in your state
- Gain an understanding of his or her historical disciplinary record, if any.
- Determine the seriousness of complaints/issues which could range from late bar fees to more serious issues requiring disciplinary action.
