Verified ClientHired Law firm 2020-2021First off let me say, Im still in utter shock on the mere number of zero's on my settlement check. When Mr. Sanders gave it to me, I just starred at it for like 5 mins. Getting back to RS Law, Mr. Sanders and Mrs. Rose are ruthless litigators. I think it's so good because they're constantly litigating everything in their lives as they're married. In the end I was always kept recently informed on the status of my case, I didn't have to pay for any doctors, it took a while; however Mr. Sanders is telling me to keep telling me to keep going and all would work out. As for Mrs. Rose, I love the way you keep your husband in line. Thank you both.

Hired Law firm 2021-2022Got rear ended by a US immigration truck and had two slipped disks in my neck and a fractured clavicle. I was concerned about the lack of good providers in Hidalgo county. However, Mr. Sanders assured me that I would receive the proper medical treatment for my injures. In the end, I claim was settled for a high amount and I was very happy. Mr. Sanders is the only one that keeps me up-to-date on every single thing that happened in my case. Thank you Chuck

Hired Law firm 2021-2022I paid Charles Sanders $800 for services we agreed to and he proceeded to completely ghost me. Whenever I called, his secretary said he would call me back, but never did. I called multiple times over several weeks and never received any kind of communication. When I questioned the secretary why I was receiving no communication, they said Mr. Sanders did not know how to open the ZIP file of information he initially requested from me. I explained how to open a ZIP file (I don't know why either of them didn't google this) and asked "If the problem was that he could not view the files, why hasn't he communicated this problem to me any time in the past several weeks?" The secretary didn't have an answer. And guess what? I still never got a call back. I am now having to dispute the charge with my credit card company.
