Verified ClientHired Law firm 2021First off let me say, Im still in utter shock on the mere number of zero's on my settlement check. When Mr. Sanders gave it to me, I just starred at it for like 5 mins. Getting back to RS Law, Mr. Sanders and Mrs. Rose are ruthless litigators. I think it's so good because they're constantly litigating everything in their lives as they're married. In the end I was always kept recently informed on the status of my case, I didn't have to pay for any doctors, it took a while; however Mr. Sanders is telling me to keep telling me to keep going and all would work out. As for Mrs. Rose, I love the way you keep your husband in line. Thank you both.

Verified ClientHired Law firm 2020-2021Always GREAT care and communication. Received the best treatment. Charles and Erica went up and above for me. what stands out the most about Charles is his compassion he really made me feel like I was a member of his family and his best friend. I will always call back for their services again and recommend them most definitely.

Hired Law firm 2021-2022I would like to say that they are very professional and helpful in every single way. They made sure I was very well taken care of in every situation, appointments, surgeries, specialist, they had it all under control. They settled my case in 6 months and their promises were true to word. From the day I got injured to the day I got my settlement , they were on top of it all and communicated throughout it all

Consulted Law firm 2019-2022I got hit by a US customs truck in Del Rio Texas. I needed a lawyer fast, as the deadline was running out. When, Chuck took my case. He filed in Federal Court and we won!!!!!!

How do I choose a lawyer?
Consider the following:
- Comfort Level – Are you comfortable telling the lawyer personal information? Does the lawyer seem interested in solving your problem?
- Credentials – How long has the lawyer been in practice? Has the lawyer worked on other cases similar to yours?
- Cost – How are the lawyer's fees structured — hourly or flat fee? Can the lawyer estimate the cost of your case?
- City – Is the lawyer's office conveniently located?
Not sure what questions to ask a lawyer?
Here are a few to get you started:
- How long have you been in practice?
- How many cases like mine have you handled?
- How often do you settle cases out of court?
- What are your fees and costs?
- What are the next steps?
Want to check lawyer discipline?
It is always a good idea to research your lawyer prior to hiring. Every state has a disciplinary organization that monitors attorneys, their licenses, and consumer complaints. By researching lawyer discipline you can:
- Ensure the attorney is currently licensed to practice in your state
- Gain an understanding of his or her historical disciplinary record, if any.
- Determine the seriousness of complaints/issues which could range from late bar fees to more serious issues requiring disciplinary action.
