Verified ClientHired Law firm 2020The Rob Wiley staff was very professional to work with. Quick to find answers to my questions and return my calls. After describing my unemployment issue, they directed me to Fadi Yousef, a very professional, patient, honest lawyer. The whole process was easy and the experience wonderful ending with a positive outcome in my case. I also felt the price was very reasonable. Hopefully I won't need a lawyer again, but if I do I won't look any further than Rob Wiley Law Firm.

Consulted Law firm 2021this law firm attempted to charge me $250 for refusing to take my case. i complained because I can get that for free over the phone. my request was for a reason that the case would not taken be taken. because i had not received a service, i am considering a complaint to the state bar for all those who were charged and not provided a service, except...no thank you. we do not wish to represent you.

Consulted Law firm 2024This company is a Bait and Switch. Receptionists are like sales robots. Detached from the client and dedicated to collect the consult fee. I did pay as I was referred by the State Bar and their company website clearly stated they were qualified to handle all my issues. Paid $250 for a 45min consult. Filled out an intake form PRIOR to the consult which I documented my specific issues. Once I got on the phone with the attorney within 25 minutes it was clear to both of us, he could not help me. We concluded together he was only looking for one issue, which I did not document on the intake form. Clearly the only issue he was looking for would have had the greatest compensation for their firm. ZERO refund was given. This consult and payment should have never happened.
