Verified ClientHired Law firm 2017-2025Mrs. Dye has represented myself and my family for many years on various family law matters including an adoption, a CPS case, a divorce, custody matter and various other issues . She has a professional and warm demeanor and is extremely caring and passionate in her representation. She is fierce in court and I highly recommend her services.

Verified ClientHired Law firm 2022-2023When looking for a lawyer several of our acquaintances recommended Ms. Dye. She did not disappoint! She is the hardest working lawyer I have ever met. Sheri was able to secure a positive outcome for our case with the odds stacked against us. She knows the law forward and backward, and is great at problem solving. Sheri is personable and easy to talk to. I would hands down recommend her to everyone I meet, and if I ever find myself in need of a lawyer again, I will call Ms. Dye. I cannot thank her enough.

Hired Law firm 2025-2026Sheri Bryce Dye has done a phenomenal job on my case. She has what it takes to provide an excellent legal service - she access all risks (immediate and future), provides timely and relevant info for me to make a decision, and prioritizes addressing the risks to deliver the best outcome for me. Thank you.

Hired Law firm 2024-2025Sheri Bryce Dye has had our aunt's Will to probate for over a year and has done nothing to advance the closing of this case. I wrote a review on her and she asked me to remove it and I did agains my better judgement. It's like pulling teeth to get her or Martha to get anything done. Martha FINALLY file some of my paperwork with the Court, but did not send in my cousin's Proof of Identity paperwork to the Court. We do not have a Court date and I am tired of dealing with her and Martha. The only reason that I am with her is that she was recommended by another attorney that had our case for 2 years and he never did anything with our case. It seems that Ms. Dye is following those same steps. I am tired of dealing with the lies of keeping us posted and advancing our case. My next step with be with the State. How do I choose a lawyer?
Consider the following:
- Comfort Level – Are you comfortable telling the lawyer personal information? Does the lawyer seem interested in solving your problem?
- Credentials – How long has the lawyer been in practice? Has the lawyer worked on other cases similar to yours?
- Cost – How are the lawyer's fees structured — hourly or flat fee? Can the lawyer estimate the cost of your case?
- City – Is the lawyer's office conveniently located?
Not sure what questions to ask a lawyer?
Here are a few to get you started:
- How long have you been in practice?
- How many cases like mine have you handled?
- How often do you settle cases out of court?
- What are your fees and costs?
- What are the next steps?
Want to check lawyer discipline?
It is always a good idea to research your lawyer prior to hiring. Every state has a disciplinary organization that monitors attorneys, their licenses, and consumer complaints. By researching lawyer discipline you can:
- Ensure the attorney is currently licensed to practice in your state
- Gain an understanding of his or her historical disciplinary record, if any.
- Determine the seriousness of complaints/issues which could range from late bar fees to more serious issues requiring disciplinary action.
