Rather than burying key facts in lengthy submissions, we present the strongest evidence upfront, allowing adjudicators to reach an approval efficiently and with confidence. Since 2009, our NIW practice has centered on connecting a petitioner's unique expertise to a defined national problem – whether climate resilience, cybersecurity, workplace safety, disease prevention, national security or supporting U.S. businesses navigating foreign labor markets. As H-1B approvals grow more difficult to secure, we increasingly guide clients through the O-1A extraordinary ability pathway as a viable alternative.
When immigration court proceedings result in an unfavorable outcome, we assist clients in pursuing appeals through the BIA – now often working within compressed 15-day filing windows – as a required step toward federal circuit court review.
Our founding attorney brings substantial appellate experience, having argued before the 5th Circuit on multiple occasions and secured a favorable U.S. Supreme Court ruling addressing wrongful deportation orders early in her career. She was also part of the legal team that established that simple assault under Texas law does not constitute a crime involving moral turpitude, a determination with far-reaching consequences across immigration practice.
