Consulted Law firm 2020I was browsing for a Construction Defect Lawyer, due to the house we bought from Oakwood homes in Syracuse Utah who advertised comfort and energy efficient homes that we did not receive. I discovered a lot of unacceptable workmanship and the HVAC J manual calculation did not met the required CFM calculation of 1000 CFM. The house is just meeting 560 CFM causing us a lot of discomfort. I spoke to Mr. David Nielson on this day 08 Jan 2020 at 250PM. I am shock and amazed how Mr. David patiently listen to my situation, gave me an advise on what to do voluntarily and even told me to give him a call if I need guidance. I am hoping that I could fix this problem with this corrupt builder and wouldn't mind to consult with him as a client. Sir, thank you and may GOD Bless you. Rolando NAVY Veteran
