    Took a very long time for the case to conclude. Was passed around to many people and legal assistants during this time, and never an explanation of why. At one point there was no contact, no calls back or anything to update me. I strongly considered pulling my case from the firm. Hupy somehow allowed me to be sued by an entity that should have been covered in my original case. The attorney I finally received was personable, but I felt she didn't fact find very well. There were arguments that should have been presented to speed up the entire process, but I was left in limbo. Once I did get answers from the firm, they were too little too late. I also did NOT appreciate being told we couldn't reverse the decision to settle even though I had NOT signed any documents to do so yet. I would not work with this firm again, as I do not feel the outcome was just; I was simply tired of all the back and forth. The case was worth more than it was settled for.
