Following a careful review of each case, we ask ourselves if a successful resolution of the case will be efficient and effective in protecting the best interests and rights of the child and other family members involved. If the answer is yes, and we can be sure that our work will be beneficial to our client and to the goals and morals we have as a firm, we proceed with applying the skills, determination, and resources of our law firm to the best possible outcome in the case.
At The Law Center, we believe that when children are involved in a family law issue, their needs and interests must come first. We believe children should be loved, nurtured, and respected, and free from fear, anxiety, uncertainty, and harm. That is what drives us.
The Law Center serves and protects the rights of all families. Some may be two-parent families, single parents, or more than two parents. Some parents are of the same sex or gender, others are of a different sex or gender. Some are multi-generational or not related by blood at all. To each other, they are family and their relationships should be protected.
Our attorneys are active in the community, donating our time and skills to several children-focused organizations. We believe in service to our community.
We also have experience in appeals cases before the Wisconsin Court of Appeals, the Wisconsin Supreme Court, the United States Court of Appeals for the 7th Circuit, and the United States Supreme Court.
