All the staff is super friendly and professional. This was my first time dealing with something like this, and they definitely made the process easy and comfortable. Alexis not only did a magnificent job with my case, but she went above and beyond helping me understand the process and making sure I was comfortable. I highly recommend Makarem & Associates and specifically attorney Britland Kenworthy. I was fired from a brand new employer after I informed them that I had some lab results that were positive for cancer and urgently needed to get followup testing. Eight days later they terminated me. Turns out that I was cancer free but the stress of the whole situation was unbelievable and I was a mess. Makarem took my case and Britland fought for me even when it looked like a losing proposition. The settlement they reached was a lifesaver for my wife and I and I cannot recommend them highly enough.

This law firm was willing to go the distance in my case. I may not have been the biggest case they ever handled, but they made me feel like my case mattered and did their very best to serve justice. 40% is an excessive fee. Most firms charge 30-35%. That was my only quarrel with the service , aside from that staff & assigned attorney were friendly and professional.
