Verified ClientConsulted Law firm 2022Attorney Twyman helped provide guidance regarding the interaction of Georgia law with another state’s law. I asked around and he was the only lawyer I found who had this expertise and was willing to have a conversation regarding my needs. I would highly recommend his services.

Hired Law firm 2021-2022The firm handled the closing for the sale of property located in Stewart County, GA. The closing was held in Rome GA, requiring overnight scrambling by sellers to provide necessary paperwork. The closing was on held on Jan 14. The firm did not wire transfer proceeds, but rather sent checks via UPS. We are now 11 days past closing, and checks are "seemingly lost and no one at the firm seems interested in helping to resolve the lost funds. Voice mails are not readily returned, but the attorneys have been paid, as have the real estate agent/broker. Seller still awaiting funds. Worth noting on your next sales contract what closing agent will NOT be used to handle the transaction.
