William Sand and Richard Sand founded our firm, bringing together a practice built around client service and legal representation. We approach each case by learning the facts, identifying the issues that matter and developing a plan suited to the client.
Our personal injury work covers motor vehicle accidents, slip-and-fall accidents, dog bites, child injuries, and traumatic brain injuries. These cases can involve significant physical and financial consequences, particularly when an injury affects a person’s ability to work or requires continuing medical care.
We have reported several notable personal injury results. They include a $1.2 million trial victory in a traumatic brain injury case, a $1.1 million result from a bicycle accident case and a $400,000 result in a negligence case.
Criminal defense represents another major component of our practice. We assist clients charged with DUI/DWI, drug crimes, felonies, misdemeanors and federal offenses. Rather than treating every accusation alike, we examine the circumstances of the individual case and consider the legal issues that may shape the defense.
Our reported criminal results include State v. CM, where a misdemeanor possession of drug paraphernalia charge was dismissed. In State v. L.A., two felony charges alleging violations of a restraining order were dismissed.
