Our personal injury practice represents clients in a range of matters, including motor vehicle accidents, slip-and-fall accidents, dog bites, child injuries, and traumatic brain injuries. We work to help injured individuals understand their legal options and pursue compensation for losses resulting from accidents and negligence. Our reported case results include a $1.2 million trial victory in a traumatic brain injury case, a $1.1 million result in a bicycle accident case and $400,000 in a negligence case.
In addition to personal injury law, we provide criminal defense representation for clients facing DUI/DWI charges, drug crimes, felonies, misdemeanors and federal charges. We understand the serious consequences a criminal accusation can have and work to protect our clients’ rights throughout the legal process.
Our criminal defense results include the dismissal of a misdemeanor possession of drug paraphernalia charge in State v. CM and the dismissal of two felony restraining order violation charges in State v. L.A.
