Our firm was established by William Sand and Richard Sand, who built the practice around client advocacy. We continue that tradition by approaching each matter individually rather than relying on a one-size-fits-all strategy. From the initial discussion through the resolution of a case, we work to keep clients informed and involved.
People injured through accidents or negligence may face medical treatment, lost wages and lasting physical consequences. We represent clients in personal injury matters involving motor vehicle accidents, slip-and-fall incidents, dog bites, child injuries and traumatic brain injuries. Our goal is to identify the legal issues involved and pursue an appropriate recovery.
We have reported a $1.2 million trial victory in a traumatic brain injury case, a $1.1 million result involving a bicycle accident case and a $400,000 result in a negligence case. Each result arose from its own circumstances and does not guarantee a particular outcome.
Criminal defense is another significant part of our work. We represent clients facing DUI/DWI allegations, drug crimes, misdemeanors, felonies and federal charges. We examine the prosecution’s allegations and the facts surrounding an accusation while working to protect the rights of the person we represent.
Our reported criminal results include dismissal of a misdemeanor possession of drug paraphernalia charge in State v. CM. In State v. L.A., two felony restraining order violation charges were dismissed.
