I originally needed a very successful attorney that was able to deal with over two million in real estate. My business partner had passed away unexpectedly and I'm older and decided to sell the business or sell my half of the it to the her family and retire. To me this required someone that could be very tactful and/or very aggressive if needed. I originally hired a high end attorney in Toledo to accomplish this that I thought would be a good fit. To my amazement I had made the wrong decision. We did nothing but argue. He would not allow me to talk when I called him and he constantly tried to talk over me. I never ever had to fire an attorney but I finally did with him. I had felt with Mockenstrum Ltd in the past on small issues but I wasn’t sure they could deal with a problem this size. I decided to take a chance and meet with them. I set up a meeting with Mark (the owner) and met with him. I explained the problem to him and asked a lot of questions. I asked one particular question and needed his honest answer. “Do you feel that your firm is capable of handling an account this size?). His answer was a definite yes and they had handled accounts bigger. I decided to take a chance. I’m a straight forward person good or bad I tell it like it is. I will have to say it was one of the best decisions I ever made. I had hundreds of thousands riding on this and Mark I will have to say is very good at what he does. This problem took several months to resolve. Whenever I needed to talk to him he was there. He would listen and give his advice. We didn’t always agree but I figured this was his skill set so I usually allowed him to run with it. The problem got recently resolved and in my eyes he did an excellent job. I would highly recommend his firm to anyone that needs his skill set. I want to thank Mark, Kevin and Chris for all there hard work. I’ll have to say u guys rock lol

Blanca, Mark and the whole team at Mockensturm were just great. We had a bit of a complicated mess to clean up with our LLCs and with having lived in Colorado, Pennsylvania, Ohio and Spain over the last three years. Blanca got us all squared away and we're relieved that stress is off our shoulders.
