All the staff is super friendly and professional. This was my first time dealing with something like this, and they definitely made the process easy and comfortable. Alexis not only did a magnificent job with my case, but she went above and beyond helping me understand the process and making sure I was comfortable. 40% is an excessive fee. Most firms charge 30-35%. That was my only quarrel with the service , aside from that staff & assigned attorney were friendly and professional.
