Verified ClientHired Law firm 2020-2022I can truly say that all of the employees I interacted with at Spitz law firm were dedicated, intelligent, and willing to help. I never had one bad interaction with my time with them and they helped to resolve everything quickly and listened to what I wanted. I’d definitely recommend them again.

Hired Law firm 2023-2024Spitz Law Firm is a horribly unethical law practice. After several requests to move to a different counsel team were denied, I had one day left to get information to them. I requested again to work with someone else and was ignored for two days just to receive an email after them having my case for TWO YEARS that they had withdrawn counsel. I called to speak with the owner Brian Spitz at 4:30pm on Friday 9/20 and was told by his secretary that I had a court hearing on 9/26 and would need to find new counsel by then. That left me Mon, Tues, Wed to find new counsel. I still don?t even know what court the hearing is through as Spitz does not keep their clients updated in anyway as it is all about volume not the client. When I spoke to Mr. Spitz himself he told me that I had plenty of time to find new counsel and I was on my own. I was crying at this point and he stated that I was being aggressive and this is why they couldn?t represent me. Mind you I have been deathly sick, have laryngitis, and was crying. But apparently I was aggressive. Mind you out of four different teams and total of four years working with them over two cases, I never had an issue until this legal team. He stated that it was my fault for being late to get them information, even though he knew I was alone with zero help fighting a court battle with the state to retain custody of my disabled son at the same time. Not to mention I would go months with zero contact or update and even I called be told they would let me know if something changed. They were okay making you wait and wait on them but then they would request information and need it RIGHT NOW or they were going to drop you with no warning. It is very disturbing to be treated the way that I have when they won a case for me prior to this one in 2021 that I worked with them on for 18 months. I worked for a year with someone else on this case with no issue. And when I repeatedly asked for different counsel when they moved me to someone who treated me like I was dirt they repeatedly ignored me and then victim blamed me for how I was treated. I would not u see any circumstances recommend Spitz Law Firm to anyone.
