At Puget Law Group in Olympia, Washington, we provide focused representation in criminal defense and personal injury matters. Our attorneys draw on more than 150 years of combined criminal law experience, including the perspective of former prosecutors who know the criminal justice system from both sides.
We defend clients accused of a wide range of offenses, from DUI and drug crimes to serious violent charges. Our criminal defense practice includes assault, sex crimes, sexual assault, possession, homicide, manslaughter and murder. We carefully assess the allegations, evidence and circumstances surrounding each case, then develop a defense strategy designed around the individual client and the issues involved.
We also stand with people who have been injured in accidents caused by others. Our personal injury practice includes car and truck accidents, bicycle accidents, boating accidents and bus accidents. We additionally represent families pursuing wrongful death claims. We understand that an unexpected injury can disrupt work, relationships, finances and everyday life, and we help clients pursue compensation while navigating the legal process.
Our track record includes several notable criminal defense outcomes. In one case, a felony charge for second-degree assault was dismissed through a plea to two misdemeanor offenses. In another second-degree assault matter, a firearm enhancement was dismissed. We also took a harassment and assault case to trial, where the client was found not guilty.
We believe effective representation begins with understanding the person behind the case. We listen to our clients, explain their options and prepare carefully for the challenges ahead.
