At Puget Law Group in Seattle, Washington, we represent individuals navigating serious criminal charges and the consequences of personal injuries. Our team brings extensive courtroom experience to every matter we handle, including more than 150 years of combined criminal law experience. With former prosecutors among our attorneys, we understand how criminal cases are investigated and prosecuted and use that perspective to build informed, strategic defenses.
A criminal accusation can place a person’s freedom, reputation and future at risk. We defend clients facing a broad range of charges, including assault, sex crimes, sexual assault, possession, homicide, manslaughter, murder, DUI and drug crimes. From the initial stages of a case through trial when necessary, we examine the evidence, identify potential weaknesses and work to protect our clients’ rights at every stage.
Our attorneys also assist people and families dealing with the aftermath of accidents and other life-changing injuries. We handle personal injury claims involving car accidents, truck accidents, bicycle accidents, boating accidents and bus accidents, as well as wrongful death matters. We recognize that an injury can create physical, emotional and financial challenges, and we work to help clients pursue compensation for the losses they have sustained.
Our experience includes meaningful results in criminal defense cases. A felony second-degree assault charge was dismissed after a plea to two misdemeanors. In another matter involving second-degree assault, a firearm enhancement was dismissed. We also represented a client charged with harassment and assault who was found not guilty at trial.
