We represent individuals accused of crimes ranging from DUI and drug offenses to serious violent allegations. Our criminal defense services include assault, sex crimes, sexual assault, possession, homicide, manslaughter and murder. We recognize that every allegation presents different facts and potential consequences, so we take the time to evaluate the circumstances and determine an appropriate approach for the defense.
In personal injury matters, we represent people who have suffered harm in a variety of accidents. Our practice includes car accidents, truck accidents, bicycle accidents, boating accidents and bus accidents. We also handle wrongful death claims for families who have lost loved ones because of another party’s actions. We work to help clients seek compensation for the damages resulting from these events while providing guidance throughout the claims process.
The results we have achieved in criminal defense matters demonstrate our commitment to vigorous advocacy. A felony second-degree assault charge was dismissed following a plea to two misdemeanors. A second-degree assault charge involving a firearm enhancement resulted in dismissal of that enhancement. In a separate harassment and assault case, our client was found not guilty after trial.
We know that legal matters rarely affect only one part of a person’s life. Our approach combines careful preparation, direct communication and individualized attention.
