At Puget Law Group in Tacoma, Washington, we provide experienced, dedicated legal representation to individuals facing serious criminal charges and those who have suffered injuries due to the negligence of others. With former prosecutors on our roster and more than 150 years of combined criminal law experience, we bring extensive courtroom knowledge, strategic insight and a commitment to protecting our clients’ rights.
We understand that facing criminal charges or recovering from a serious injury can be overwhelming. These circumstances can affect a person’s freedom, reputation, financial security, physical health and future. That is why we take a client-focused approach, working closely with each individual to understand their circumstances, explain their legal options and develop a strategy tailored to their needs.
Our criminal defense practice encompasses a wide range of charges, including assault, sex crimes, sexual assault, possession, homicide, manslaughter, murder, DUI and drug crimes. We use our experience on both sides of the courtroom to evaluate the facts, challenge the prosecution’s case and pursue the strongest possible defense for each client.
We also represent individuals and families dealing with the consequences of serious personal injuries. Our personal injury practice includes car accidents, truck accidents, wrongful death, bicycle accidents, boating accidents and bus accidents. We work to help injured clients pursue compensation for the losses and hardships they have experienced.
Our experience includes significant case results. In one felony second-degree assault case, the charge was dismissed through a plea to two misdemeanors. In another second-degree assault case, a firearm enhancement was dismissed. We also secured a not-guilty verdict at trial for a client facing harassment and assault charges.
