At Smith Alling PS our mission is to provide the best legal services to our clients in a variety of practice areas, including family law, divorce, child support and custody. From our offices in Tacoma, Washington, Smith Alling PS attorneys provide legal counsel to regional, national, and international clients who live in and transact business in and outside of the Pacific Northwest. For over twenty years, the attorneys of the firm have assisted clients with successful growth, critical operational transactions, and compliance within their regulatory environment. Many of these clients are on the leading edge of change, and are entrepreneurial, visionary, and attuned to the current marketplace. On a more personal level, our attorneys here at Smith Alling PS also represent numerous clients with respect to family/domestic matters and clients who have been seriously injured by others. We also offer mediation services to address those situations where the parties to a conflict can resolve the issues between them without further resort to the court system. A majority of our attorneys are Shareholders and have a strong record in their primary practice areas. While each of us strive to be serious and tenacious advocates, we are also are approachable and responsive to our clients and their individual needs
